Principal - Dental SME- Healthcare
Infosys Consulting is seeking Management Consulting professionals with Healthcare - Dental Insurance Consulting experience in dental carriers, driving operational improvements, and technology enabled business transformation. You are joining a rapidly growing healthcare consulting practice at the Principal level. In this role, you will be responsible for providing dental insurance products, business processes, end user applications knowledge, and leading a delivery team on a large core administrative platform implementation program.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have management consulting experience, a broad understanding of dental insurance business model, products, stakeholders, operations, enrollment and eligibility, claims processing, provider network management, and regulatory compliance with the dental insurance industry. The successful candidate will have years of experience, in delivery leadership roles, leading integrated teams of consultants and clients working on large technology-enabled transformation programs. With a demonstrated ability to deliver and present high quality work products and deliverables to our clients.

Lead a project team on major core administrative platform implementation program and serve as a key customer-facing member of an Infosys Healthcare Consulting team. Contribute to the development of solutions to solve business problems and increase adoption of Infosys driven solutions. Support customer sales pursuits and proposal development. This position is responsible for delivering actionable value across the Healthcare system, with a high focus on Dental clients.
Responsibilities:
- Possess solid functional and/or technical knowledge in two or more functional domains of the overall end to end value chain: member/group enrollment and eligibility, provider data management, onboarding, roster management, contracts and fee schedules, detailed benefit plan design and rationalization / simplification, end to end claims process flow, utilization management and prior authorization, billing and payments processing, and/or customer service/call center
- Conduct thorough analysis of dental insurance product benefit plan designs, provider contracts and fee schedules, end to end business processes/operations, for the benefit of identifying inefficiencies, developing recommendations for improvement, and implementing new and/or enhanced technology-enabled transformations and solutions
- Work with clients, under an agile methodology, to elicit future state business requirements, write user stories, create and maintain product backlog, document future state business process artifacts, as a key input to developing configuration specifications for new core administrative platform implementation
- Possess skills and experiences from implementing a major core administrative platform (Facets, QXNT, HealthRules Payer, other major SaaS solutions) in Healthcare and Dental client(s)
- Manage and build long term client relationships based on program delivery success
- Provide overall project management, solution leadership and critical problem solving
- Plan and lead a delivery project team, activities, identify synergies, duplication of efforts and/or project delivery gaps
- Lead and collaborate with other consultants and clients to develop analytic approaches and methods and works with the team to prepare and present client deliverables
- Update project plans, scope change requests, issues and risks management
- Solve ad hoc client requests and provide clients with feedback on feasibility and timelines
- Ability to manage and develop junior team members as effective analysts, consultants and senior consultants
- Able to perform with ambiguity, structure responses, and seek clarity from leaders
- Support leaders in the development of project proposals for client pursuits
- Participate in SaaS product research and development process
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Proven experience of minimum of 7+ years with large Dental carriers and at least 5 years of advisory consulting experience in comparable consulting services firms.
- Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations.

- Must be a Resident of an Infosys Consulting Hub Location of Chicago or must reside in city that is within a 2-hour driving distance from this hub location.
- An MBA with an advanced degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, business, analytic,
- Strong skills and experiences on healthcare core administrative platform implementations (preferably QNXT, Facets, HealthRules Payer)
- Strong client facing skills including presentations to senior leadership, advice and consult with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate, integrate and deliver informatics and business intelligence projects.
- Strong planning, coordination, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to derive insight and infer business implications from data.
- Familiarity with statistics and advanced methods such as AI/Machine Learning preferred
- Ability to provide guidance to stakeholders in understanding the business value of the initiative.
- Ability to interface with customers and other stakeholders with minimal supervision.
- Ability to complete project, with demonstrated commitment to meeting deliverables.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and self-manage.
