Your role
In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Skills:

SAP Test Architect / Manager.

Experience: Strong S2P/ e-Procurement domain experience. Years of experience designing and implementing Coupa S2P within the recent years.
Language: Spoken and written business-level English and French required.

Process / Business/ Functional/ Domain knowledge:
• Good understanding of BPML, user stories etc.
• Good Understanding of at least 1 SAP Functional module viz FICO/SD Etc.
• Deep understanding of STLC (Software testing life cycle)

Responsibilities:
• Work as SAP Test Architect, develop SAP Testing strategy, SAP Test Plan
• Co-ordinate with offshore team, Represent testing team in daily call, governance calls with project and client
• Talk to vendors during SIT ensure there availability etc.
• Ensure all testing deliverable milestones are on track and approved by client
• Overall responsibility for testing deliverables with the help of offshore team

Experience:
• Should have played the test manager and functional expert for SAP global delivery model.
• Should have experience in one SAP functional /Technical module.
• Must have played the role of SAP test manger for implementation, rollout, upgrade projects etc.
• Should have good knowledge of project management and software testing life cycle.
• Should be able to play the governance role for testing from FUT to UAT.
• Should be able to drive defect triage calls across various cycles.
• Able to send the daily, weekly , monthly status report associated with testing to expected stake holders.
• Should have knowledge of test management tool JIRA + XRY.
• Should have good communication (written and verbal) skills .
• Should have good project management and communication skills.
• Should be able to manage customer stake holders as well as internal stake holders across the testing life cycle.
