Role: Principal Consultant
Location: Sydney
Salary: AUD 150742 - 171215 (Annual Gross)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Performance testing, analysis (client side and server side) with performance testing tools like HP LoadRunner, HP Performance Center, JMeter, Splunk, AppDynamics etc.
- Non-functional requirements gathering, test strategy and test Design; experience in preparation and execution of Performance test scripts.
- Participate in up front Application and technology requirement gathering, Design and Functionality reviews when required, to drive the quantitative definition of Performance Requirements.
- Debugging of performance scripts, identification of performance issues using monitoring tools; Interaction with various stake holders for performance issue resolution
- Develop Work-Load Patterns, Performance Strategy and implement them.
- AWR report analysis, Identify Bottlenecks by analyzing various server reports and Logs, GC analysis, optimum Infrastructure etc.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
- Ability to work independently and have a learning mindset with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to efficiently manage client stakeholders and Infosys internal teams.
- Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline
- At least 12 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Performance Testing & Engineering
- 12 years of experience in test strategy and test Design, test execution, Monitoring, analysis & reporting.
- At least 12 years of experience in one or more scripting languages which required for performance Testing.
- Tool experience - Load runner, JMeter, Splunk, AppDynamics is must.
- Ability to work within Agile team - collaborating with Product owners/business analysts and developers to understand requirements.
- Ability to perform Design and Code inspections and recommend working solutions.
- Good Communication and Analytical skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Track offshore delivery of multiple teams.
- Experience with banking domain is preferable.
- End to end test management skills.
- Extremely strong business communications and client coordination
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills
