Job Description:
Within the Enterprise Quality Consulting division, Infosys is seeking a senior level DevOps/Agile Coaching and Consulting Professional able to interact effectively with Client executives, lead high performing, multidisciplinary consulting teams as well as large transformation programs. This role will serve as a trusted advisor focusing on Agile transformation/coaching programs across the industry verticals.

Agile & DevOps Transformation
• Lead Agile and DevOps initiatives, driving cultural and operational change.

• Design and implement strategies to improve development pipelines, CI/CD, and automation practices.
• Align Agile practices with client business objectives to enhance speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
Coaching & Mentoring
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams on Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe,SRE etc.).
• Conduct Agile workshops and training sessions to enhance team skills.
• Facilitate the adoption of DevOps practices, integrating testing, security, and automation early in the development lifecycle.
Thought Leadership
• Share best practices, industry trends, and insights on Agile/DevOps at conferences, webinars, and internal events.
• Mentor internal teams and clients to drive self-sufficiency in Agile and DevOps management.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate with senior executives to build strategic roadmaps for Agile and DevOps adoption.
• Facilitate communication across cross functional teams and departments to ensure alignment on project goals and outcomes.
• Establish strong client relationships, driving new/repeat business and long-term engagements.
Continuous Improvement
• Define and track KPIs related to Agile/DevOps (velocity, cycle time, deployment frequency, MTTR etc).
• Conduct retrospectives, health checks, and assessments to monitor progress and ensure ongoing improvements.
Practice Growth and Talent Management
• Drive practice growth by identifying new business opportunities, contributing to proposals and expanding client relationships.
• Mentor and develop fellow colleagues/consultants, fostering a high-performance culture through continuous learning, collaborating and skill enhancement.
• Lead recruitment and talent development initiatives to build a strong, diverse team aligned with the organizations/unit's strategic goals.
Agile/DevOps Tool Coaching/Orchestration
• Design/Implement/Manage end-end Agile and DevOps toolchains, ensuring seamless integration of business requirements, CI/CD, version control and automation tools.
• Continuously Integration/Automate and upgrade DevOps tool orchestration to align with industry best practices and evolving client requirements.

Core Competencies:
• Expertise and advanced knowledge of wide array of Agile frameworks and Methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Spotify, LeSS, OKR etc.)
• Experience navigating complex, global client environments to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.
• Strong alignment of Agile/DevOps/SRE practices with broader business objectives, focusing on delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of organizational change and the ability to drive cultural shifts toward Agile/DevOps/SRE methodologies.
• Knowledge of new/emerging practices and coaching techniques
• Expertise in DevOps fundamental practices - CI/CD pipelines definition, proficiency in DevOps tooling ecosystem (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge in one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation techniques (Ansible, Terraform, ARM)
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence C-level executives.
• Ability to create clarity in a complex changing environment
• Demonstrated continuous learning

Preferred Skills:
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and continuous testing/security.
• Developer Experience in wide variety of technologies
• Hands on tools / configuration experience
• Cloud related experience / certification and relevant certifications (Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Program Consultant, AWS/Azure, etc.).
• Experience in Agile and DevOps consulting, coaching, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Agile/DevOps transformations in complex, global environments.
