What you'll do:
- Take care service management for Wholesale Power Platform, work with other service management teammate in China and India.
- Reporting of critical outages to management and business partners until successful resolution and deals effectively with issues that are complex, confidential and sensitive in nature.
- Work with different Pods teams for production releases, handle incident/problem in Prod environment and user queries from different markets.
- Cooperate with existing site reliability engineering team/global support team to support all applications in Power platform.
- Work with vendor to ensure system issue being well followed up.
- Mainly work for US market, due to different time zone (1-2 hour different), the candidate need to work with flexible working hours, may need to take shift to support US time zone.
- Collaborate with management to improve and customize reports related to production support and stability.
- Willing to be the first to try new technologies, and be able to quickly produce proof of concept

- 3 years or above experience in Financial Industry as Service Management or Production Support, better have customer facing support experience.
- Experience of working in a DevOps focused environment and working in an Agile Team
- Good multiple task handling and cooperation skills
- Fluent English speaking and professional business writing skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills and documentation skills
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent time management skills and strong initiative
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure

- Microsoft PowerApp/ PowerPlatform or relevant Low Code/ No Code experience
