Infosys is seeking a Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Technical Lead. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Experience in PeopleSoft HCM Technical
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least experience of 2 projects in PeopleSoft HCM domain and experience of at least a full lifecycle implementation/Upgrade of PeopleSoft applications (v9.2) Demonstrates strong proficiency across industry best practices for HCM Domain
- Strong experience in handling PeopleSoft Technical work related to impact analysis, requirement gathering, configuration, development, testing and production rollout.
- Strong hands on experience in PeopleSoft Development Tools Application Broker, Application Packages, Application Engine, Component Interface, Application Designer, PS Query, People Code, etc.
- Strong knowledge on PeopleSoft Application Broker and application packages along with hands on experience on creating Technical/functional design documents.
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle. Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Excellent communication / presentation / verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor for advising industry best practicians and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
