Infosys is seeking a Pega Technology Architect . As a Technology Architect, you will be primarily responsible for Design of end-to-end PEGA CS solutions that align with business requirements and enhance the current customer service capabilities.
You would be required to support the Application Manager Business for CS with driving digitization and automation for client, optimizing processes and enhancing overall efficiency.
You would be leading a team of PEGA developers by assigning tasks, monitoring team performance, providing constructive feedback and fostering collaboration and innovation. You would be responsible for
code reviews according to standards for optimized code, creation of accurate releases, deployment of processes and creation of process documentation to outline value delivered.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 7 years of relevant Information Technology experience
  • PEGA LSA certification with PEGA CS experience

  • Location for this position is Austin, Texas, US. This position may require travel to project/client location.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with the PEGA Customer Service (CS) framework, including implementation and customization.
  • Experience in leading complex PEGA projects from inception to completion.
  • Experience in leading the end-to-end design and architecture of PEGA CS applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to technical standards, conducting architectural reviews and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Expertise in Ensuring the scalability, performance, and reliability of PEGA CS solutions through robust architectural practices
  • Experience in overseeing the development and implementation of PEGA CS applications, including workflows, user interfaces, system and channel integrations.
  • Experience in Development, setup, test, deployment and monitoring of workflows to ensure that business processes operate at optimal efficiency without risk of error.
  • Experience in Assisting the maintenance team with monitoring and maintenance of PEGA solution after implementation and resolve any issues to ensure smooth running of the business
  • Experience in Monitoring running process automations against their success metrics, communicate to the stakeholders and propose improvements.
  • Experience in integration of PEGA solutions with existing IT infrastructure, applications, and databases, by designing APIs, data interfaces, and connectivity solutions to facilitate smooth data exchange between systems.
  • Experience in Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Strong knowledge of software product issues
  • Experience in managing relationships with clients at the senior technical management level.
  • Experience in delivering enterprise solution implementations.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
