Your role
In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a lead developer in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews.

Required

  • At least 6-8 years of hands on experience in design, implementation, development and support of Pega PRPC v5.x/v6.x/v7.x and Pega frameworks.
  • Should be Pega CSSA certified in version 8 or higher.
  • At-least 2+ years of experience in Pega customer service framework
  • Knowledge of Pega Deployment manager (DevOps)
  • Develops and demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features.
  • Good experience in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
  • Ability to Translate business requirements into design/application builds.
  • Critically reviews work of other team members. Analyzes, Identifies and logs enhancements/bugs for PEGA PRPC V8.x.
  • Uses and promotes the use of Pega best practices and testing tools by working in an Agile-SCRUM based work environment.
