Your role

As a Partner Manager for Infosys Entertainment and Connectivity Platforms, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships to enhance our video and connectivity solutions. This role demands a pragmatic individual with good industry knowledge and the ability to foster relationships that drive innovation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partnership Development: Identify, develop, and manage partnerships to enhance Infosys video and connectivity platforms. Collaborate with partners to create joint value propositions.
  • Business Growth: Drive business growth by leveraging partnerships to expand market reach and enhance the competitive position of Infosys video and connectivity offerings.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Market Analysis & Sourcing: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Use insights to drive sourcing and inform partnership strategies and business development efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and engineering to align partner activities with overall business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the performance of partnerships. Use data-driven insights to optimize partner strategies and ensure mutual success.
  • Tendering: Lead Tending/RFx activity on vendors, aligned with the business goals to provide leverage and improved value for Infosys
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with partners, ensuring agreements are aligned with business goals and provide mutual benefits.
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related role within the technology industry, with a focus on video and connectivity platforms preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of video and connectivity platform technologies, Telco market dynamics, and industry and supplier trends.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Skilled in contract negotiation and relationship management.
Preferred
  • Experience working with global partners and managing large-scale initiatives.
  • Technical background with a deep understanding of video and connectivity technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth through managing partnerships.
