Currently we are looking for the candidates for the position of:
OTC Specialist with Italian
Location: Lodz (hybrid work)
Recruiting branch: Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź

Key responsibilities:
Managing collection activities in Italian language
Being responsible for managing and collecting all the outstanding accounts receivables
Contacting clients and discussing their overdue payments
Preparing and presenting reports on collection activities and progress
Initiating written / verbal communication to collect money
Building relationships with external customers
Maintaining and reconciliating AR accounts
Collaborating with clients, customers and other departments

2 years of experience in OTC domain, preferably collections
English & Italian min.B2
Problem solving and judgement skills
Good understanding of accounting rules
Higher education in accounting/finance and/ or accounting courses would be an asset
Very good communication skills, attitude for problem solving and team work skills
