OTC Specialist (Cash Allocation/Credit Control) with Polish and English
Loaction: Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź
We are looking for a candidate with:
-Very good verbal and written communication skills in English (min. C1) and Polish (min. C1)
-Higher education in accounting/finance and/ or accounting courses will be an asset
-2 years of experience in OTC
-Strong analytical skills
-Attention to detail
-Organizational skills
- Communication skills
- Familiarity with data entry and analysis
- Ability to listen to customers and negotiate solutions
- SAP knowledge
-Working hours 10:00-18:00
Your key activities:
-Automatic and manual posting of incoming payments

-Reconciliation of bank statements, card transactions and customer accounts
-Preparation of Direct Debit
-Collaboration with Credit Control Team
-Maintaining documentation
-Working with FSCM Module
-Chase customers for payment of overdue accounts and debts
-Resolve queries
-Prepare reports when required by the Supervisor
-Ensuring payments are on track to be paid within the agreed terms
-Chasing overdue invoices and payments via telephone and email
