Currently we are looking for candidates for the position of:

OTC Junior Officer with Spanish - Hybrid
Location: Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź

Responsibilities:
Manage activities in Spanish
Responsible for managing and collection all the outstanding accounts receivables
Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress.
Cash application
Deductions management
Orders management (review/ unblocking)
Credit limit review
Performing period/year end closing activities for Invoice to Customer process
Creation and update of process documentation
Building relationship with external customers
Maintaining and reconcile AR accounts.
Collaboration with client, customers other departments

Requirements:
Higher education (e.g. accounting/finance would be an asset)
1 year of experience in OTC domain
Working knowledge of SAP
Very good English and Spanish skills (min. B2)
Experience in performing month/year end procedures
Availability for working in hybrid mode in Lodz
