Order Management/Inside Sales Team Leader with German - Lodz
Location: Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o.
Your key activities:
- Manage delivery of services as per the agreement with Client
- Act as a point of contact for general support and issue resolution within Supply Chain / Inside Sales team.
- Manage delivery of service, ensuring good quality and timely delivery
- SPOC for Supply Chain / Inside Sales related issues, improve processes and metrics
- Provides analytics on Supply chain / Inside Sales for senior leadership to make decisions
- L ead the team.
- Act as a point of contact for general support and issue resolution within the team and with Client.

We are looking for a candidate with:
- Knowledge of German (C1-C2), English (min. B2)
- Experience in similar position (Team Leader, Process Leader, SME, TL deputy)
- Preferred 3- 5 years of experience within supply chain, procurement or customer service field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Ability to adjust quickly to new processes and procedures
- Ability to work and make decisions independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve problems
- Team player who helps create a result focused and motivating team environment
- Practical knowledge of ERP / CRM systems
