Currently we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Order Management Specialist with Spanish
Location: Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o.
Hybrid - Lodz

Responsibilities:
Processing client quotes (offer preparation) and orders (order entry, order amendments)
Interact with internal and external teams through mail, chat, or calls through Microsoft Teams
Interact effectively with upstream and downstream teams
Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous process improvement

Requirements:
Good Spanish (min. B2)
Good English (min. B2)
At least 2 years of experience in order management
At least Bachelor Degree
Customer orientation and proactive approach
