Infosys is seeking an experienced Program Manager to manage Oracle Cloud projects, having expertise in contributing to different phases of the project lifecycle taking in place in Agile mode. You will be intensely involved in requirement gathering, estimation, development, testing, implementation, and support. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. You are expected to navigate successfully through difference of opinion within various business groups and technology and to come up with best possible solutions keeping organizational interest. Participating in the improvement of business processes he/she should work along with client and will manage client expectations and overall program requirement finalization and delivery.

Required Qualifications
  • At least 13+ years of Relevant Information Technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • Candidates for this demand would be located in Miami FL. This position may require travel as appropriate.
  • Manage large Oracle transformation engagements with annualized revenues of $10-20M+.
  • Oversee projects across Oracle products like SaaS ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX applications.
  • Work closely with sales teams to qualify deals and lead the entire sales cycle.
  • Define win themes, differentiation, and devise solution strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Understand client business needs and objectives, and develop strategies to meet these.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Assemble and guide pursuit teams, orchestrate discovery meetings, and link solutions to customer pain points.
  • Resolve any client issues or conflicts, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular client meetings or calls to review project progress and address any concerns.
  • Ensure project integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, communications, and risk management.
  • Implement change management principles and manage diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Provide technical/functional support for Oracle ERP solutions (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle Procurement Cloud).
  • Understand business requirements, propose solutions, and manage the testing process.
  • Resolve EBS-related issues and recommend upgrades/patches.
  • Ensure best deployment and usage of Oracle ERP applications by working closely with business and IT teams

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of data governance practices, approaches and technology issues and trends related to managing enterprise data and information assets in a large, complex organization

The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
