Infosys is seeking a Oracle OTM Technology Analyst with strong OTM cloud experience. The position will primarily be responsible for implementation of OTM cloud product as per customer's requirements. The selected candidate should be able to convert the functional requirements into BRD and assists in required solution along with technical team.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2+years of relevant Information Technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate.
- At least 1 complete end to end implementations of cloud.
- Must have at least 2 OTM implementations / rollouts and support experience
- Experience of configuration of agent workflow, screen sets configurations, menu management, user profile creation, XML profiles and other OTM technical aspects.
- Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and report development will be added advantage
- Strong functional experience and requirement gathering skills.
- Good understanding and experience in implementing OTM functionality, particularly in the areas of order management, planning and execution, and freight settlement.
- Ability to interact at all levels of client organizations.

- Preferred experience with OTM customer onboarding
- Experience with EDI is a plus.
- Experience of production support on-premises on OTM cloud
- Knowledgeable of Java Spring Boot technology is ideal.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
- Experience managing team size of 4-5 would be a plus.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
