Infosys is seeking a OTM Functional Consultant with strong OTM cloud experience. The position will primarily be responsible for implementation of OTM cloud product as per customer's requirements. The selected candidate should be able to convert the functional requirements into BRD and assists in required solution along with technical team. Candidate should provide innovative, performance and cost-effective solutions for customizations. Candidate will troubleshoot the issues during customization, conversion, interfaces during implementation. Candidate will be providing complete documentation of configurations, data mapping, functional requirements, and technical design. Candidate should participate into various testing phase and should be well averse of working in agile. Interact with customer process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes as well as derive automation opportunities and make recommendations from the product discussions.

Required Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Chicago, IL or be anywhere in the US willing to travel for project milestones. This position may require travel in the US.
  • Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 7 years of IT
  • Overall experience of 6+ years and 2 complete end to end implementations of cloud.
  • Must have at least 2 to 3 OTM implementations / rollouts and support experience
  • Experience of configuration of agent workflow, screen sets configurations, menu management, user profile creation, XML profiles and other OTM Technical aspects.
  • Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and report development will be added advantage
  • Strong functional experience and requirement gathering skills.
  • Good understanding and experience in implementing OTM functionality, particularly in the areas of Order Management, Planning and Execution, and Freight Settlement.
  • Ability to interact at all levels of clients' organizations.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience with OTM customer onboarding
  • Experience with EDI is a plus.
  • Experience of production support on-premises on OTM cloud
  • Knowledgeable of Java Spring Boot technology is ideal.
  • Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
  • Experience managing team size of 4-5 would be a plus.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA / WA / NY / CO: $94,000 to $131,600.
In Washington, DC: $85,700 to $124,600
