Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant expert on Oracle Integration Cloud technology. The position will primarily be responsible for Application Maintenance Support of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) along with VBCS development. This role will interface with key stakeholders and will have you apply your technical (Product) proficiency. This role will require you to work closely with the customer and any OIC related issues & support and key responsibilities including: Accepting and acknowledging incidents/tickets received through ServiceNow tool; Work on providing solutions for the ticketed issues in OIC; Close coordination with 3rd party applications team for integration of internal and external applications; Resolution of issues ; Coordinating with application vendor - Oracle and infrastructure support teams like Citrix, network etc; Create and maintain application architecture landscape documentation. Monitor daily batch/utility operations and fix any occurring issues; Work on enhancing the current application architecture by implementing new functions and improvements; Automate recurring processes or tasks and enhancing the work environment by making it more efficient; Available for On Call support of high priority issues; Maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines and work towards achieving it; Adhere to Infosys and client processes & policies; Provide estimates for enhancements; and Provide POC on new customization needs using VBCS.

Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be able to commute to Atlanta, GA or Birmingham AL or relocate to one of these areas.

- Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Implementation, Development and Support projects related to OIC integrations
- Good experience in OIC, VBCS, and PaaS Administration for deployments and the automation of deployments.
- Must be well versed with agile based delivery model for support and enhancements
- Ability to drive and manage stakeholder communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct client interaction experience during interactive phases like transition, reviews, etc.
- Automated monitoring and notification implementation
- Experience in working on CI/CD for deployment related activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prefer candidate that has previously worked in US Utility companies and has exposure to business flows of such organizations and regulations.
The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
