Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor Principal Consultant

Infosys is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor Principal Consultant with good hands-on Technical and functional exposure to OTL and Payroll product features and some exposure to Reports and OIC integrations. The position will primarily be responsible for providing solutions on Oracle Time & Labor and Payroll landscape based on customer's requirements. The selected candidate should be able to design, develop and test complex OTL & Payroll functional and technical solutions, customizations and extensions. The candidate is also expected to Interact with customer process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes, derive automation opportunities and make recommendations for cloud transformation .

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 11+years of Relevant Information Technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or Raleigh, NC OR or Phoenix, AZ or be willing to relocate to one of these areas.
  • Overall 7+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Time & Labor and Payroll Cloud- Implementation and Support projects.
  • Strong understanding of US OTL and Payroll processing, integrations with Core HR, Absence, Compensation.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Fusion HCM Extracts, OTBI Reports, BI Publisher, Fast Formula, DFF - Flex Fields configurations, Security Console, ESS Scheduler, Sandbox, Monthly patch application, testing etc.
  • Identifying and addressing client needs, building solid relationships with clients communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience with application development and support
  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle Time & Labor implementations or OTL Support projects with at least one full Life Cycle implementation experience in OTL
  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle Payroll implementations or Support projects with at least one full Life Cycle implementation experience in Payroll
  • Extensive experience in creating Fast Formula Rules, Rule Templates specific to OTL / Absence Management and Payroll modules is a must
  • Should be able to gather customer requirements related to complex OTL and Payroll business rules and should be able to convert them into Fast Formula / Rules
  • Should have good functional knowledge related to all OTL setups e.g. Layout, Time attributes. Worker Time processing profiles, Value-sets, UDTs, Set of Shift patterns, work schedules, HCM Groups, Time Categories, Time Consumer sets etc.
  • Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
  • Experience managing team size of 2-3 would be a plus
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job may entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
