Infosys is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Technology Architect with experience in Core HR, Absence Management, Recruitment, Campus Solutions, OTL, Payroll. The position will primarily be required to work closely with Customer's HR Business Process owners to develop Cloud technical solutions in HCM cloud modules. This position requires hands-on experience in Cloud technology Build, Development and Testing activities for Customizations.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas, TX and willing to work from the client office. This position may also require travel in the US.
- Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Redwood experience (or training) is an added advantage considering Oracle's Redwood strategy.
- Have the End to End understanding of a company's HR processes.
- Good articulation & presentation skills to a diverse audience
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Prior experience of Creating Groovy script
- Prior experience of HCM REST API, ATOM API or HCM ALERTS and Journeys
