Infosys is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management Functional Senior Consultant withimplementation and application support experience. The position primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and responsible for successfully implementing Oracle Performance Management, Goal Management and Talent Review. This position will be responsible for leading the discussions for the design and development of all the associated components such as Data migration, integrations and reports in the Talent Management areas.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson TX or Phoenix AZ, or be willing to relocate to one of these areas.
- Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
- 4+ years of Information Technology experience
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
- Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
- Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode.
- Hands on experience in working on Talent Management and Core HR for US
- 2+ years of experience in working on Core HR module
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud -Talent Management

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
- Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae.
- Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Goals & Performance Management, Core HR and Compensation
- Candidate should be proficient in Talent Management, Core HR and Compensation processes.
The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
