Infosys is seeking Oracle Payroll Cloud implementation and support Senior Consultant with implementation and application support experience. The position primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and responsible for successfully implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module. This position will be responsible for leading the discussions for the design and development of all the associated components such as Data migration, integrations and reports for Payroll areas.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
  • Overall 4+ years of IT experience
  • Candidate must be commuting distance of Richardson, TX, Raleigh, NC, Phoenix, AZ or Indianapolis, IN or be willing to relocate to one of these areas.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud- Implementation and Support projects.
  • Strong understanding of US Payroll processing, integrations with Core HR, Absence, Compensation.
  • Strong hands on experience in Fusion HCM Extracts, OTBI Reports, BI Publisher, Fast Formula, DFF - Flex Fields configurations, Security Console, ESS Scheduler, Sandbox, Monthly patch application, testing etc.
  • Identifying and addressing client needs, building solid relationships with clients communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner.

  • 3+ years of experience with implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
  • Candidate should be proficient in all the Core HR, Payroll and Compensation processes
  • Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Payroll
  • Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader.
  • Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
