Infosys is seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll - Functional Lead. The position would primarily be responsible for working closely with business, client IT, 3rd party vendors' teams, track overall work progress, status update to stakeholders, coordinating with technical and functional teams and responsible for delivery.
The candidate should have a minimum five to six years of experience in Oracle Cloud - North America Payroll Implementation. Should have good experience in payroll processing, troubleshoot the issues, Oracle quarterly upgrades, quarter and year end activities, costing, Fast Formula, Extracts, HDL, OTBI reporting.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 7 years of Relevant Information Technology experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Payroll implementation.
• Expertise in Project Management aspects.
• Expertise in HCM Payroll cloud - Payroll processing, able to Troubleshoot Payroll issues and provide resolution, executing of post payroll processes and ensuring the accuracy of files being transmitted post payroll to various vendors.
• Expertise on North American payroll functional business processes and regulatory requirements in US.
• Expertise in Payroll cloud Tax updates activities and payroll testing after each upgrade.
• Responsible for guiding the team on all the payroll processes and ensuring the accuracy of files being transmitted post payroll to various vendors.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Work with multiple teams, hold the fort and responsible for project delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in managing Project in Agile
• Experience is other HCM Cloud Modules like Compensation.
The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
