Infosys is seeking an experiencedOracle HCM Cloud Lead Consultant with multiple implementations/support experience,covering all Core HCM functional activities. This position's primary responsibility will be to work as a team member on the AMS program. Under limited supervision, the Lead Consultant must function as a member of a team and participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC). The Lead Consultant must possess fundamental understanding of software/systems analysis, design, and performance principles as well as be able to discusses technical issues competently with client stakeholders and develops technical recommendations based on options presented. The Lead Consultant will be accountable in driving activities such as maintenance, patching, upgrades, periodic closing/reporting activities, process improvements, etc. The person will be responsible supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Application, will own solution configurations, demo of new functionalities to clients HCM applications and overall Oracle Global Human Resources cloud, Talent Management cloud, Compensation Management and Recruiting Cloud. The person will be responsible to provide expertise in supporting industry best practices and customizing the Oracle fusion applications as per client requirements to enable business processes as well as interact with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Business Process Owners and other IT stakeholders. The person will be responsible to guide a team of functional and technical consultants to resolve issues in respective functional area. Person will provide expertise in fusion application configurations as per business requirements, guide technical team to complete system integrations as per business requirements, conduct Systems Integration testing sessions, user acceptance testing and plan/execute UAT/Production migrations for all enhancements. Key responsibilities for this position include: Developing a good understanding of the business or function for which the application is designed; assisting in troubleshooting and resolving functional problems impacting the applications performance; communicating effectively with other leads and conduct regular health checks and discussing with client stakeholders. The position must accept and acknowledge incidents/tickets received through ServiceNow tool; have close coordination with 3rd party applications team for integration of Oracle HCM Cloud; provide resolution of configuration issues as well as coordinate with application vendor - Oracle and infrastructure support teams like Citrix, network etc. The position will be providing both technical and functional subject matter expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud application to the customer for its effective usage ; Create and maintain application architecture landscape documentation. Monitor daily batch/utility operations and fix any occurring issues., work on enhancing the current application architecture by implementing new functions and improvements, automate recurring processes or tasks and enhancing the work environment by making it more efficient and be available for On Call support of high priority issues. The position must maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines and work towards achieving it as well as adhere to Infosys and client processes & policies.

Required Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be able to commute to Atlanta, GA or Birmingham, AL or be willing to relocate to the area.
  • At least 7+ years of Relevant Information Technology experience.
  • Person will have excellent hands-on working experience on Oracle fusion Global Human Resources cloud, Talent Management cloud, Compensation Management and Recruiting Cloud.
  • Person should have at least 2 end to end implementation experience of Oracle Global Human Resources cloud, Talent Management cloud, Compensation Management and Recruiting Cloud processes.
  • Person should be conversant with the best HR practices in context of Oracle technologies like fusion - should have commanding knowledge over oracle cloud out of box offerings and ability to implement various customizations as per business requirements.
  • Person should have excellent understanding of integrating fusion applications with external systems using various integrations options like web services, REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud platform etc.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • Oracle Implementation certification on any of Oracle Global Human Resources cloud, Talent Management cloud, Compensation Management and Recruiting Cloud is desired.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • It is preferred that the candidate has previously worked in US Utility companies and has exposure to business flows of such organizations and regulations
  • Person is conversant with Oracle Cloud applications and/or any other ERP system as well.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
