Infosys is seeking Oracle EBS Finance Senior Consultant who drives programs and projects of significant complexity and risks. The position primary responsibility overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of projects. This position will be responsible for Schedules and prepares meeting materials for project team meetings, including kickoff, testing kick-off and sign-off, go/no-go and post-mortem.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Phoenix AZ or be willing to relocate to the area.
  • Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
  • At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • 3+ years of Accounting/Finance experience in a multinational environment with at least 2 years of project management experience leading cross functional project initiatives and process improvements.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • The resource will participate in evaluating, modeling, and coordinating business processes and procedures across different stakeholders/cross-functional teams.
    • The resource will need be to able to collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and assist in process design, process documentation, and process governance.
    • Be able to analyze current business processes to provide potential improvements.
    • Should have experience with creating real-world business process models using BPMN tools like ARIS or something similar.
    • Should be able to understand how a business unit functions by reading and understanding business documentation such as flow diagrams, business requirements, and/or work instructions.
    • Must have strong communication skills, presentation skills, and project management skills.
    • It is important to be able to work on multiple projects at the same time.
    • Additionally, BPMN resources should be familiar with the areas of data analytics and process mining. BPMN resources will also assist with process changes, maintenance of the Modeling platform, user management, and providing training for new staff.
    • This role will also require in creating detailed reports of progress and feedback to leadership.
    • Process experience in Financials and Subscription business model
    The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
