MANDATORY TECHNOLOGIES

- Oracle PaaS 3+ years
- OIC, OTBI 3+ years
- SQL 4+ years

MAIN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
------------------------
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal teams on Oracle OSB, Oracle SOA, Oracle ODI, Oracle Integration Service, and OTBI.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and enhance technical documentation, including knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Oracle PaaS and/or SaaS administration

MANDATORY SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

- Full bilingual (English/Spanish), fluent communication

DESIRED SKILLS, TECHNOLOGIES AND EXPERIENCE
-------------------------------------------
- OSB, SOA, ODI is desirable
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) is a plus
- WebLogic is a plus
- Experience configuring and / or validating services in PaaS domains as well as knowledge about the services that these platforms have in Classic and their counterparts in Generation 2

This position requires hybrid work mode and needs your presence in the office for at least 60% of the workdays every week.
