Infosys is seeking Principal - Program Manager with Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation experience in Finance like AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash Mgmt. In this role, you will need to take end to end responsibility for a portfolio of projects; keep a tight check on scope as per the SoW. Build and monitor project plan, review deliverables of the project teams and report project status; manage project risks, ensure successful delivery and implementation. Build formal and informal relationship with client at project level. Take ownership of people and their performance management in project with objective of ensuring highest level of service offerings to the client in their domain, service and technology area within guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 11 years of Information Technology experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Candidate must be located in Columbus, IN or anywhere in USA and should be willing to travel to client location. This position may require travel in the US.
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time
- Should have 7+ years of experience in implementing Oracle ERP with at least 2 end to end implementation on Oracle cloud.
- Good overall process knowledge in Oracle Financials projects including support and development.
- Strong skills in Program governance and delivery including blueprint, discovery, design, rollout
- Understand business requirements and be able to convert into implementation roadmap and bring in diverse perspectives.
- Ability to review requirements from a cross- functional perspective and interdependencies.
- Work with multiple stakeholders to articulate value and drive consensus
- Have the End to End understanding of a company's processes.
- Ability to lead different tracks to ensure completeness of solution activities for the project.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Implementing Oracle cloud across manufacturing customers.
- Experience in MFG industry having worked with business models.
- Exposure to Process Optimization/Modernization through digitization initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Ability to lead different teams towards a common objective.

The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
