Your role
  • Define the overall technical direction and architecture of .NET projects.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate .NET technologies and frameworks.
  • Apply design patterns to create scalable and maintainable architectures.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide development teams, fostering their professional growth.
  • Provide technical direction and expertise on .NET projects.
  • Adhere to industry regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR).
  • Identify and implement solutions to improve application performance and reliability.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies and industry trends.
  • In-depth knowledge of .NET Core framework and C# programming language.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server or other relational databases.
  • Experience with ORM frameworks like Entity Framework Core.
  • Familiarity with unit testing and integration testing frameworks.
Required
  • Min 10+ years' experience in C# programming language, including syntax, data types, control flow, object-oriented programming principles, and LINQ.
  • Design systems that can scale to meet future growth and increased load.
  • Design the overall architecture of .NET systems, including components, interactions, and data flow.
  • Design systems that are easy to maintain, update, and extend
  • Design systems that are adaptable to changing requirements
  • Ensure system reliability and fault tolerance.
  • Implement security measures to protect system data and integrity.
  • Analyse the trade-offs between different technology options.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate third-party components.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns.
  • Deliver clear and concise presentations to stakeholders.
  • Design microservices-based architectures, breaking down applications into smaller, independent services.
  • Understanding of database concepts, data modelling, and query optimization.
  • Knowledge of configuration management in .NET Core, including appsettings.json, environment variables, and dependency injection
  • Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API.
  • Understanding of HTTP methods, request/response handling, and API versioning.
  • Knowledge of caching techniques and using caching middleware.
  • Understanding of asynchronous programming concepts and using async/await keywords.
  • Understanding of relational databases (SQL Server OR PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases(MongoDB OR Redis)
  • Strong hold on Containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience in Cloud infrastructure (K8/AWS/Azure/GCP) and deployment applications to Cloud like Jenkins / Azure DevOps.
