Infosys is seeking Mobile Network Consultant This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
4 years of proven experience as a Senior Backend Software Engineer or equivalent role.
The Mobile Network Consultant will be responsible for being the point of contact for escalated complaints and technical inconveniences of mobile services with the means to identify a solution for the same and satisfy the needs of the internal and external customers.
Detect and analyze inconsistencies in internal systems that affect customers, in order to solve them.
Analyze the recurrence of similar reported incidents in order to identify patterns and the possibility of emergency situations that might affect the services of the customers with the means of preventing them
Provide first level support in the solution of assigned claims.
Follow up with the specialized technical areas for coordination of solutions to opened cases and for complete and successful closing of such cases under the SLA defined
