Short Description:

In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will be an leading the Design, Development and Support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across different functional areas . In addition, the role requires experience and knowledge of SAP Finance. This role will interface with client and will also involve working with the offshore teams based out of India.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • As a Microsoft D365 Lead Consultant, you will be an expert taking ownership for the solution in different phases of the Microsoft D365 FO ERP implementation or support project
  • As a SAP Finance consultant, you will be resolving production support incidents.
  • You will be intensely involved in requirements gathering, analysis of requirements and propose D365FO solution with product best practices
  • You will also play an important role in the translating the requirements and solution to development and final validation.
  • You will be required to prepare test strategy, test plan, test execution and troubleshooting of developed solution
  • You will be required to create training plans and training client teams for developed solution
  • In case of support project - understand the issue reported, analysis and propose fixes on D365FO solution
  • You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, internal capability building and marketing support. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Essential:
  • 4 years bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • At least 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012/D365FO
  • Experience should include 5+ years of hands-on experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
  • Good understanding of Finance and SCM functional areas in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Good understanding and experience of supporting SAP Finance.

Preferred :
  • Knowledge of Proposal building methods
  • Project Management.
  • Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel
  • Basic domain knowledge of Telecom industry

  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
