This role is to support Engineering activity with focus on mechanical integrity calculations, analysis and evaluation of the design elements, review of technical documents and preparation technical reports.

Scope:
- Various steam turbine component like casing, bearing pedestal and bearing, rotors, blades, diaphragms, couplings, etc
- Prepare the Technical Dossier for Procurement to issue for quotation ensuring compliance with the contract/ client technical document requirements, and contract time schedule for delivery of equipment and documents.
- Ensure completeness and full compliance of the deliverables with the contractual specifications.
- Prepare 2D/3D models with respect to CAD/CAM techniques (Catia V5, SolidWorks etc.)
- Perform MI analyzes in field of strength and dynamics of turbines elements
- Carry out calculations and analysis related to parts and assemblies
- Collect and analyze technical data
- Cooperation with various customers and other teams within company
- Meet deadlines for technical reports (maintain On Time Delivery) and budgets
- Provide support to engineering during the production process.
- Participate in design and/or technical reviews (internal/external)
- Validate documents with the appropriate engineering status and distribute according to the project specific distribution list
- Familiarity with steam turbine design and working principles.
- Familiarity with modern engineering tools, norms and design rules.
- Familiarity of materials science and selection of materials
- The ability to use of ANSYS Mechanical or other MES tool.
- Effective English communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
