Infosys is seeking Lead Maximo Consultant. You will anchor different phases of engagements primarily related IBM Maximo. You will be responsible for technical Solution Design, Development, Support, Testing of Maximo 7.6 / MAS 8 / MAS 9 with Maximo Addons or Industry solution Implementation Experience, providing techno-functional consultation on the application, Integration and reports of enterprise solution for IBM Maximo implementation with the objective of high-quality & value adding solutions to customer within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.   • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 5 years of Relevant Information Technology experience.

Language Proficiency:
  • Must be a fluent in English; in reading, writing and speaking.
  • Preference will be provided for being fluent in Spanish & Portuguese; in reading, writing and speaking.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Configuration & Integration, Support and Maintenance in IBM Maximo v7.6 / MAS 8 / 9
  • Hand on experience on Following
    • Application design, Automation scripts using Python / Java scripts, Complex maximo configurations
    • Middleware integrations ex - Mulesoft, SAP PI
    • Maximo migration experience with release and deployment management activities
    • Data migration experience informatica and MIF framework
    • Experience in Data modeling for BI reporting and hands on BIRT experience.
  • Expertise & working knowledge in Maximo Asset Management (Solution design, development and implementation)
  • Working knowledge of capabilities in the IBM Maximo EAM/APM solution and Maximo Integration Framework
  • Work closely with different stakeholders and portfolio leads, business users/client managers/ specialists to understand the requirements / problem statements
  • Leads Supply Planning process and technical design, build, testing and training. Documents all internal and external interface requirements
  • Works together with various vendor partners for the template design considering best practices, high usage of standard functionality, repeatability with efficiency, scalability, and sustainability
  • Lead meetings with business users to fine tune the user stories and define requirements scope
  • Work with offshore team to provide clarifications of requirements and to co-ordinate the work progress
  • Work with different vendors and teams including client teams to manage communication, reviews, artifacts walkthrough, etc
  • Provide effort estimates for defined scope of work
  • Read the existing design documents and analyze the configuration as needed to understand the existing functionality and the changes needed to fix\enhance it
  • Develop Maximo solution design documents for the requirements as needed
  • Prepare or review Migration packages, associated Management of Change (Migration) documents and oversee migration of components in higher environments
  • Support Performance Testing and fix issues reported by Performance Testing team (like applying indexes, changing queries, closing open cursors, etc)
  • Provide warranty support for the fixes deployed in production and analyze\fix any issues reported
  • Analyze the assigned user stories and issues reported around the solution components of Maximo for Utility (like CU Library, CU Estimate, Pre-requisites among others)
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
