Job Description:
Infosys is seeking Technical Architect. As a Maximo Infra Consultant, you will anchor all technical phases of an engagement primarily related to IBM Maximo & MAS. You will be responsible for Technical Architecture, Sizing (on-prem, on-cloud), Database Migration, RedHat OpenShift Installation, Server Side monitoring & alert configurations, Performance Analysis & Engg, Integration Architecture & Technical Design of Maximo 7.6/ MAS 8/9. Experience and knowledge of Utility, Asset Configuration manager or other Maximo Addons or Industry solutions is preferred. You will work with client Enterprise & Technical Architects as well as Infosys Offshore team, Identify, Solutionize & implement non-functional requirements including Security & Compliance requirements. Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Waterloo, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred:
- 12+ years experienced Maximo Technical Architect with Utility, transportation add-ons and experience in MAS upgrade and transformational projects - in the domain of Rail Road, transportation, fleet management or Utilities.
- Hands on experience on Following:
- Defining, sizing & implementation of Maximo / MAS technology & infra architecture
- Expert in Database (Oracle, SQL, DB2 preferred), experience in Database migration is preferred.
- At least 6 years of Maximo experience in Maximo & related Technology Architecture, Database migration for Maximo (Oracle, DB2, SQL), Sizing (on-cloud & on-prem), Server side configurations, MAS upgrades, RedHat OpenShift installations, Performance engg & tuning on Maximo application, Integration Architecture & Design.
- Should have handled transformation programs.
- Thorough understanding of IT landscape not limited to Infra, Solution performance, Middleware, DB etc.
- Collaborate with client (IT, network, business), 3rd party and Infosys team architects to develop solution that fulfills business requirements.
- Assist technical, Change Management & Testing teams. Establish KPIs to monitor & stabilize the solution
- Defining, Designing & implementing Non-Functional Requirements around Maximo / MAS solution including Security & Compliance
- Conducting Technology Architect & NFR related requirement workshops and documenting the same
- Collaborating with Client Enterprise & Technology Architects on various technology architecture & designs.
- Collaborating with legacy system owners for integrations patterns and design discussions around maximo / MAS application
- Helping technically in Data migration leveraging MIF framework, Server tuning to expedite the data migration processes
- Working collaboratively with offshore teams to deliver the complete technology architecture designed and support the same.
- Expertise & working knowledge in Maximo Asset Management (Solution design, development and implementation)
- Working knowledge of capabilities in the IBM Maximo EAM/APM solution, Maximo Integration Framework and Red Hat OpenShift .
- Work closely with different stakeholders and portfolio leads, business users/client managers/ specialists to understand the requirements / problem statements .
- Prior experience as well as willingness to lead / participate / solutionize for RFPs (request for proposals) will be preferred.
- AI / GenAI solutions and exposure is an added advantage including any implementation or configuration experience around latest MAS 8 / 9 features including ASSIST, HEALTH, PREDICT, MVI, Maximo Mobile.
- Experience of other domains in the Enterprise Asset Management space
- Experience of working in Agile projects
