Manager/Senior Manager Client Services, HER Practice
EdgeVerve is hiring a Sales Leader to focus on hunting and implement pro-active New Business Development activities for our HER Practice (HiTech & Energy).

You will grow net new business and a strategic new enterprise account pipeline. Requires understanding of market and competition to develop appropriate sales strategies and apply the sales and solution expertise. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive revenue growth, cultivate strategic relationships, and deliver tailored AI solutions to enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of these industries and a passion for leveraging AI to solve complex business challenges.

Experience range
15 years of experience selling multiple software products and services. A minimum of 5 years of previous experience, with significant exposure to Hi-Tech and Energy industries.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify, engage, and close new clients in Hi- Tech and Energy sectors.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to drive upselling and cross- selling opportunities.
  • Goal sheet designed around TCV, Revenue and Sold Deal Margin.
  • Secure long-term contracts and renewals by demonstrating consistent value delivery.
  • Convert new accounts for IP and services revenue from a given Target Account List.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes in Hi- Tech and Energy.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align the AI platform with market demands and client feedback.
  • Develop trusted and long-term engagements, driving net new business, focused on enterprise accounts, and building customer relationships in chosen market segment (geographical).
  • Contribute to building a high -performing sales culture focused on collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications
  • Experience selling AI, enterprise technology solutions to large, complex organizations.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, with a focus on TCV or Revenue-Based Metrics.
  • Experience selling AI, document digitization, and digital solutions (especially in AI, cloud, and managed services).
  • Familiarity with AI applications and their impact on operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability in these sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with the 'C' or VP level business users to articulate business value and influence strategic application of EdgeVerve products
  • Results-driven, with a relentless focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to changing market dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
