Infosys is seeking a Loan IQ - Business Analyst. This position's primary responsibility will be to help enterprises achieve greater business connect, faster user acceptance, and shorter turnaround times & act as a key contributor in the team at different phases of the project including discovery, solution generation, design/architecture and the detailing of the overall process. The chosen candidate will be involved in backlog maintenance, user story refinement, scrum team management, recommendation, configuration, evaluation and deployment of high-quality solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Jersey City, NJ or Dallas ,TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
- Experience in End-to-End value chain in Commercial Lending or Retail Lending and Agile.
- At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.
- At least 4 years of experience with Agile methodologies (preferably Agile Scrum) as a Business Analyst.
- Excellent knowledge of the Misys Loan IQ Batch Execution Framework.
- Expertise in development with Misys Loan IQ APIs.
- Expertise in underlying Misys Loan IQ data model and components.
- Expertise in Loan IQ table maintenance.
- Good SQL skills.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills at executive level; work closely with product team to define the strategy for release and implementation plan.
- Experience to evaluate relative costs, benefits and obstacles of potential solutions.
- Write user stories & groom the scrum team's backlog, in partnership with the team.
- Good understanding of Payments interface system and integrations.
- Lead PI planning, Scrum ceremonies and backlog glomming meetings.
- Define MVP and backlog prioritization .using WSJF technique.
- Analytical and Communication skills.
- Planning, Co-ordination skills and experience in product development.
- Experience with Scrum and Product management.
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
- Facilitate sprint demos and provide final acceptance for completed user stories; ensuring that the story meets their user story acceptance criteria and otherwise its definition of done.
