Infosys is seeking a Lead SAP Work Manager Consultant
As a Lead Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization's financial guidelines. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
- This position may require travel to project / client locations.

- Working experience in SAP Work Manager Implementation, Enhancement, Upgrade and Support Experience
- Facilitate the implementation and Support of SAP Work Manager.
- Strong experience on Support project a must.
- Agentry Editor experience, including making logically complex definition changes.
- Understanding how to manage and merge Agentry projects and definitions.
- The ability to execute the build process and manage build scripts for Agentry projects within Eclipse; the ability to manage and publish changes within the SAP Mobile Platform.
- SAP Work Manager implementation and customization experience.
- Java coding and build experience.
- A solid understanding of how to move publish artifacts through multiple environments for testing and release prep.
- The ability to communicate effectively with field technicians and to understand the significant requirement differences from multiple business units
- Ability to code within a persona-like UI approach for upwards of a dozen different personas with several workflows each.
- Excellent customer relation skills and the ability communicate with confidence up through the senior director level.
- Knowledge and experience in multiple of the below is desired:
- ABAP Experience
- Understanding of issue management and resolution within related SLA's
- ServiceNow , Linux experience
- Experience with Agile Scrum methodology
- Map client business requirements, Processes, and objectives; Develops necessary product and Modifications to satisfy client's need(RICEFW).
- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
- Experience to identify and propose business process and/or system enhancement and Functional Specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well versed in English. Excellent spoken and written skills.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Responsibility of large implementation team.
- Onsite and offshore coordination
- High Impact communication with senior stakeholders
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA / WA / NY / CO: $94,000- $131,600
In Washington, DC: $85,700-$124,600
