This position requires an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • Location for this position is Austin, TX. This position may require travel and/or relocation.

Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 7 yrs of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes with at least 2 end to end implementation experience in SAP S/4 HANA
  • At least 7 years of SAP Logistics execution hands-on experience in executing projects related to product supply chain.
  • At least 7 years of SAP Transportation Management (TM) experience with atleast 2+ TMS implementation experience.
  • Knowledge of SD and MM modules in SAP ECC,/S4HANA and integration of those modules with SAP TM.
  • Hands on experience in SAP TM functionality - ECC/S4 HANA integration, Freight Payment Management, Transportation status monitoring, Warehouse/shipping activities, domestic outbound and inbound freight order planning, carrier tendering, transportation charge management and settlement experience.
  • Experience in working in a complex E2E System landscape (with integration between SAP and non-SAP systems)
  • Experience in EDI, Integration, IDocs, 3PL, Logistic Execution.
  • Should be familiar with below concepts.
    • TM Enterprise Structure (FU Type, FO Type etc.)
    • Freight Unit Building, Freight Unit Management.
    • Trip planning, Load Planning Optimization & Optimizer, Selection Profile, Planning Profile
    • Freight Planning of Outbound and Inbound Scenarios, Planning process modelling,
    • PPF & PPF output triggering (specific custom solutions delivered), Event Management
    • BRF+ (BOPF for BO, Nodes, Associations), Shipping instructions,
    • Charge management and Charge calculation, Carrier Invoice Integration (FSD etc.)
  • Able to analyze business requirements, providing conceptual and detail design to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of ABAP custom programs, testing, and implementing the automated solution.
  • Extensive experience in implementing BRF+ based SAP customized business logic is must.
  • Hands on experienced in designing customized transactions, programs and delivering solutions in SAP TMS or S4 HANA TM solution to meet business requirements is must.
  • Hands on experience in projects involving SAP TMS solution migration to S4 HANA TM experience is must.
  • SAP TM/EWM/EM Integration experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and work with globally distributed teams
  • Experience with driving blueprinting workshops independently
  • Hands on experience with solution architecture and pre sales a plus
  • Experience and desire to work in a management-consulting environment that requires regular travel.

    Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in the below locations will be: Sunnyvale: $104153 to $190379.
