Infosys is seeking a Lead IBM Sterling OMS Consultant.
As a Lead IBM Sterling OMS Consultant, you will anchor different phases of engagements primarily related to Sterling OMS. You will be responsible for the product architecture and technical expertise to the client and to the IBM Sterling Order Management project team. You should have a complete understanding of the client's business processes as well as the technical requirements for successful implementation of IBM Sterling Order Management's software. You should ensure the overall requirement gathering, Fit gap analysis, system architecture design, application design, development, testing, and deployment. This includes ensuring that the solution design and delivery meet the customer's business requirements. You should also mentors the functional and technical consultants on the project team with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of relevant Information Technology experience.

- Location for this position is Richardson, TX. This position may require travel to project/client location.
- At least 6 years of experience in value chain management (supply chain and demand chain) with emphasis on order fulfillment and order management.
- At least 7 years of experience in IBM Sterling OMS
- Experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.
- Experience in Configuration and Customization of Sterling OMS
- Experience in working with Sterling Web SOM, Web COM and OMOC modules
- Experience in creating Technical design documents for Sterling OMS
- Experience and understanding of in Production support and performance engineering.
- Experience in Technical Skills - Knowledge of Java, XML, XSLT
- Experience in Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment and has client interfacing skills.
- Experience in Analytical skills and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Experience in Participating in the Consulting Services sales process, including preparing accurate estimates for the Statement of Work (SOW)
- Experience in Identify project resource requirements and required skills for project success
- Experience in Defining the solution, technical design for solution hardware and software, hardware and software configurations, product extensions, interfaces, etc.
- Experience in Providing product implementation expertise including system architecture design, application functionality and design, development, testing, and deployment
- Experience in Communicating all project issues related to system architecture design, application design, development, testing, and deployment
- Experience in Review and delivering on-time and high quality project deliverables
- Experience in Conducting QA reviews of custom developed code to ensure overall quality and compliance with the IBM Sterling Order Management development framework
- Experience in thorough solution testing and deployment, including System Test, User Acceptance Test, and Performance Test
