In the role of Lead - Employee Relations, your key responsibilities will include understanding, investigating, and resolving any employee relations issues for your assigned unit. Be a trusted advisor to the company on Employee Relation and Labor -related matters. Monitoring organization culture and values, ensuring managerial enablement in regulatory areas and providing support in implementing policy and procedures.

Below are the roles and responsibilities aligned to the role: -

  • Employee Relations: Understand, investigate and resolve employee relations issues in assigned accounts. Coordinate for case investigations and help Managers and Teams on how to better manage such issues.
  • Organization culture and values: Monitor and ensure effective deployment of company culture in your account/s.
  • Policy and programs: Lead the implementation of Employee Relations policies and procedures. Spread awareness of the same.
  • Employee Support & services: manage all employee relation issues as well as employee-management concerns including grievance, performance management, ADA, FMLA consultation.
  • Internal consultant / advisor: Provide managers with interpretation and guidance regarding HR policies and laws/regulations to ensure fair and consistent application. Conduct manager and HR training
  • Business partnership: Lead programs and procedures to create a positive and motivating working environment for organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

Basic
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in Employee Relations.
Preferred
  • 3 years of related Employee Relations experience solving complex employee relations investigations
  • Experience working in a fast pace, complex environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, fast learner and ability to quickly adapt
  • High level of organization attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to identify and manage confidential and sensitive data with appropriate care and procedure.

Location : Atlanta, GA. Presently all employees are required to work from the office for 2-3 days a week. Same would apply to this position.
