Infosys is seeking a Lead Data Modeller
In this role you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.   • Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Peoria, IL, Richardson, TX or Indianapolis, IN or must be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data modelling and in data vault models.
  • Proficiency in data modeling tools like Erwin, ER/Studio, Power Designer etc
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases and cloud platforms
  • Hands on experience on Snowflake and ETL tools.
  • Strong ability to plan and lead Joint Application Design sessions and collaborate with both technical subject matter experts as well as business analysts and stakeholders
  • Experience in test driven development and DevOps/CICD software engineering practices

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in relational SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
  • Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., Erwin, ER/Studio).
  • Understanding of database management and design best practices.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies.
Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in the below location will be
Peoria, IL: $ 68,763 to $ 89,392
