We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Lead to oversee our financial systems and processes, leveraging Oracle Cloud Finance solutions for a key client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, financial management, and team leadership within the ITES sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Oracle Cloud Finance Implementations: Manage end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects for the client, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Financial Systems Management: Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Oracle Cloud Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring their financial system needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and senior management, to align financial systems with business objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Oracle Cloud Finance applications.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and prepare accurate financial reports for management review.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial management
  • Oracle Cloud Expertise: Proven experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, including at least three full-cycle implementations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Finance modules and their integration with other Oracle Cloud applications.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Client Management: Experience working with international clients.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing large-scale projects, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the ITES sector and working with international organizations.
  • Certifications: Oracle Cloud certifications or other relevant professional certifications.
  • Change Management: Experience in change management and business process re-engineering.
