Job Title: RPA Developer

Location: Sydney, Australia

Salary range: AUD 129,311 - 142,018 (Annual Gross)

Job Description for the Roles:

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an experienced Developer across the entire SDLC from design to coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Communicate technical solutions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with architectural and security standards.
  • Develop frameworks and code/configurations to deliver automated outcomes.
  • Create and maintain test plans for automation projects, ensuring quality and reliability.
  • Support, maintain, and enhance automated processes, including updates for system changes.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation projects, facilitating future maintenance and scalability.
  • Implement quality standards, monitoring, and reporting mechanisms for automation performance.
  • Maintain operational automations to ensure seamless functionality.
Required Skills & Capabilities:
  • Deep experience with UiPath and Document Understanding with Machine Learning.
  • Ability to advise on implementation approaches for Document Understanding as part of an Automation solution.
  • Agile development experience and proficiency in the end-to-end lifecycle of an RPA project.
  • Proficient in delivery planning, support, and maintenance activities.
  • Ability to co-create automation solutions with business SMEs and produce high-calibre documentation.
  • Experience in an environment using APIs (ideally with Salesforce) and .NET.
  • Experience working as part of a team with onshore and offshore developers.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • UiPath Certification.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing automated RPA processes using UiPath.
  • 2 -3 years of software development experience with any programming language of choice ( C#, VB, Python etc).
  • 1-2 years of experience with building APIs and working with integration formats such as JSON, SOAP, XML, and YAML.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Science, Computer Science, or Engineering.

  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
