Infosys Public Services is seeking a Lead Consultant - Product Management, to join our Team.

Position Description (scope of work or brief narrative):

  • Perform functional decomposition and overall effort estimation develop a schedule for functionality, develop high-quality codes, provide inputs on quality assurance, contribute to risk identification, provide inputs to technical documentation, track, and report on functionality, and review test cases to ensure high-quality product delivery WITHIN guidelines and norms of Infosys.
  • Contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle.
  • To be intensely involved in business process consulting; define the problem, propose, and create the solution.
  • Will guide teams on project processes, and deliverables contribute to the proposal development, client training, and internal capability building, and help detail the project scope.
  • Will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape

  • At least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, and requirement elicitation.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Product Management areas such as Product Owner/Product Manager and ability to interface with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Product Management Experience in a Global Delivery Model.
  • Experience with Product Strategy and Business Alignment.
  • Should be able to provide inputs for Functional Solution design, Product Strategy definition, and work on business alignment.
  • Should have sound client and stakeholder management skills and experience in working in a Global Delivery Model.
Educational Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education.
The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
