Job Description

Your role and Responsibilities


In the role of Lead Consultant, you will support requirement workshops, help define problem statement, review/analyze requirements specifications from the business needs, support creation of to-be flows, fit gap analysis documentation, provide solution alternatives, create detailed design documentation, and testing.
For high complexity projects, you will perform configuration, build application/process solution, implement deployment plan and resolve data migration issues and cut-over user issues.

You will support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing high-quality and value adding consulting solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.

Skills & Experience

Required


• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• IT experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Several years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting in SCM Processes (Order to Cash and Procure to Pay, Inventory to Deliver and Plan to produce)
• Should be able to play SCM lead role for customers.
• Having a certification on D365 Finance will be considered as an added advantage.
• Strong proficiency across areas of industry knowledge and best practices.
• Ability to understand and use advance analysis methods to identify and resolve complex client scenarios.
• High impact Communication skills
• Business Acumen
• Customer Orientation
• Planning and Co-ordination skills

Preferred

• Knowledge of Proposal building methods
• Project Management.
• Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel
• Basic domain knowledge of facility management industry
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
