Junior Customer and Order Management Agent with English
Location: Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź
Hybrid work
Responsibilities:
Email / phone communication to manage customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
Cooperate with internal functions to resolve customer queries
Proactive communication with customer on order status and potential issues
Manage orders in SAP - process order changes
Prepare order status reports
Facilitate customer meetings to discuss order status reports
Cooperate with internal functions to resolve customer queries
Build relationship with a dedicated client
Ensure Customer Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded

Requirements:
Fluent English (min. C1 level)
Experience in similar position (Customer Support, Order Management)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Independency and self-driven attitude
Experience in SAP and CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
Basic knowledge of Excel (preparation of reports, VLOOKUP function, pivot tables)
