Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Technology Lead in Java/J2EE skills. In this role, you will collaborate with key customers to apply technical proficiency across Design, development, and maintain efficient, reusable , and reliable Java/J2EE software applications, collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture, Write clean, scalable code using Java/J2EE programming languages, Test and deploy applications and systems, Revise, update, refactor and debug code, Improve existing software, Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical guidance/support. • Able to lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software products.

• Ability to provide technical guidance and mentoring to the team.
• Ability to work closely with product owner to gather requirements and groom into user stories.
• The candidate must be located within commuting distance of Infosys Hub inLatin America or be willing to relocate. This position may require travel in the Latin America.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of dynamic experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of Education.
• At least 8 to 10 years of Information Technology experience
• At least 6 to 8 years of Java/J2EE Web technologies experience.
• Experience in Java/ J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring boot, Microservices and Restful Webservices
• Familiarity with GitHub, Jenkin and Maven.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Written and Oral communication skills.

• Ability to be a part of a diverse team/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Proven experience as a Java / J2EE Application development and design.
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile and DevOps, CI/CT
• Familiarity with estimation of work.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Experience with cloud-based platform.
• Healthcare domain background will be added advantageously.
