Infosys is seeking an Java Developer -Infosys is seeking strong Automation Test developer with good experience including all phases of Software life cycle, including requirements gathering, risk analysis, project planning, scheduling, development, testing, defect tracking, extensive experience in testing web and API.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
Required Qualification.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.

• Proven experience in software development with proficiency in Java and .Net.
• Strong knowledge of database management systems including Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, and Snowflake.
• Experience with API development and testing using Postman.

• Familiarity with software testing tools like Eclipse and Jira.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with scheduling tools like ONE Automation.
• Strong scripting skills in Unix Shell script and SQL.
Preferred Skills.
• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Java and .Net.
• Manage and optimize databases including Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, and Snowflake.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
