As a senior consultant you will work for the Application Development and Maintenance stream in Manufacturing domain and an opportunity to work with prestigious customers in automobile industry.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to
- Act as the primary liaison between Infosys and customer
- Work closely with customer and stakeholders to drive prompt resolution of issues
- Develop processes, documentation, tools, and workarounds to remediate issues for end users without the need to engage software engineering or other teams
- Monitor and own all support related metrics including ticket backlog, average time to close, workload distribution, first response time, resolution time and ticket escalations
- Analyzes production issues from business and the application/code perspective and outlines corrective actions
- Work on application development/enhancements and deliver on time with quality

- Should be fluent in Korean and English as the applications in scope involves heavy interaction with local Korean users , and English is required to interact and work with the offshore team.
- Should be able to talk to business users/teams and gather requirement/issues, and work with offshore team to deliver quality product.
- Must have good Java, PL/SQL skills to be able to talk technically and also program and perform code reviews. Should be able to analyze code in case of any issues/incidents.
- Experience in production support projects and is aware of SLAs and KPI metrics .
- Degree/Degree in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
- Having functional knowledge on supply chain processes
- Strong knowledge on ITIL support processes
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
