Your role
In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Responsibilities
• Manage small to medium teams delivering/managing IT operations. Should understand processes and quality aspects
• IT asset management, incident/request management, problem management, change/release management, Availability, and capacity management.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple service delivery
• Ensure that all service-delivery requirement is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of service scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed service-delivery plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the Service-delivery scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure performance using appropriate service-delivery management tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive delivery documentation
• Delegate tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
• Track service-delivery performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to service-delivery constraints based on financial analysis
• Develop comprehensive service-delivery plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Use and continually develop leadership skills
• Attend training as required to maintain proficiency
• Perform org/ account relate other duties as assigned
Required
• Deep understanding of operation and change management and related network processes within ITIL, ideally with certification
• Domain Knowledge about IT Infrastructure, Understanding about Data center and Network.
• Fluency in English
• Customer satisfaction is your focus, accordingly you have a strong service mentality
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new technologies, scale quickly and adapt situationally to different requirements
• Excellent analytical skills and problem solver mentality
• Creative thinking in designing and implementing service improvements
