Infosys is seeking a Business Analyst /SME with experience in Account Analysis using INFOR's Complete Billing System, for its Banking practice group. As a Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Location for this position is Atlanta, GA / Charlotte, NC. Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Experience in Commercial banking, Treasury management/billing systems, account analysis in INFOR's CBS or equivalent systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Atleast 5 years of experience in INFOR CBS or similar treasury billing system product experience is mandatory.
  • Atleast 5 years of Account analysis experience in large commercial / wholesale banks as part of CBS/similar platform.
  • Migrating treasury applications from Mainframe platforms to Cloud platforms preferably on AWS.
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals.
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market trends, user feedback, and business requirements.
  • Work closely with design and development teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including engineering, design, sales, and customer support, to gather input and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain the product backlog, tracking progress, and ensuring that development tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Requirements Elicitation, Analysis, Configuration, And Documentation.
  • Evaluate and analyze business requirements, elicit information to help identify business needs and objectives, and propose solutions to solve problems.
  • User acceptance testing scenarios and test case creation.
  • Manage on-going communication and clarification of functional and non-function requirements in a clear and comprehensible manner to project staff, and other technical stakeholders.
  • Create and manage Solution Requirements Package supporting.
  • Use Cases and/or User Stories.
  • Functional and Non-Functional Requirements.
  • Interface Mock-ups and attribute.
  • Process Models and descriptions.
  • Workflow Storyboards.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
